White Chocolate and Craisin Cookies

The other day I was jumping from blog to blog and ended up in this Finnish blog. I saw the cookies and yes, I had to try them! They looked and sounded delicious. :) And let me tell you... they really are amazing. I have been eating way too many already!

As the recipe in the blog is, of course, in Finnish, I will put it here in English:

Mix
100g softened butter
100ml brown sugar
100ml sugar

Add
1 egg
and mix some more.

Add
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla sugar (or a bit of vanilla extract)
200ml flour
and mix. (add 2tbsp water if the dough is too stiff)

Add about 100g white chocolate and 70g craisins and mix again.

Make little balls of the dough and put them on the baking tray. You will be able to get about 18 cookies from this recipe. Bake for about 10 minutes at 175C.
